payroll earnings statement

I am on v7.5 --- mid way through printing my users did some weird cancel and 3 people did not get their earnings statement printed. From the Great Pains site it says that I need to purchase a third party product to re-print an earnings statement.

please tell me that they are joking and that a genius here already knows how...

You can create your own custom report using report writer - I used Batch Detail User Defined Reports and made some changes. That was for Canadian payroll. Not sure if US is set up differently.
