Payphone with CC swipe

I am hooking up a payphone with a credit card swipe. Does anyone know what info I need to process this info to bill the customer and pay the owner of the phone? The people who sold me the payphone don't know bunk!

I beileve the owner of the phone will have to to establish a merchant account with a credit card processing company and they will be the ones who program the terminal
