PayPals IPN Service in PHP?

Hi, does anyone know how to use PayPals IPN service via PHP? The have C++/VB and Perl script code, but no PHP. I really wanna get this written in PHP, and not have to learn Perl

You will need to use PHP's cURL functions, so you will need to make sure that you have compiled your PHP with this option:
