Hi team, hoping for some guidance. I have a Paxton net2 door entry, I recently had a broadsoft cloud VoIP system installed with polycom handsets and we were able to register the door entry as a sip device on their platform .
The idea was for anyone buzzing the door the deskphones would ring and allow us to answer. We get the ringing but when answer the call is instantly dropped with no audio.
Broadsoft reseller say the device is registered so is a local issue, Paxton support say the phones ring when door buzzed so is a sip server issue..
It's a draytek router. No UDP defence stuff is enabled. Sip alg is off.
Any help please.
