pause in Remote notification

Is there a way to put a pause in the remote notification number when you input the number from the phoneset?

a comma is a normal 2 sec pause, i haven't tried *** for a pause.. both may work

I should of been more clear on what I need to do. We have CallPilot rls 4 and when I attempt to input the access code (87) for our inhouse page server and follow by a * it returns to the the help menu.
