I need to setup a long distance number for remote notification in Meridian Mail. Our LD carrier requires a access code to dial long distance. How do you put a pause in the dial string?

So I need to be able to have it dial 91-NPA-NXX-1234 {Pause} then the access code. The only thing I am allowed to put in the the line is numbers or *. I tried one * and several Stars and it does not work

I did make sure this is in the permission list and even did a DCH capture to check the digits going out. They are output to the carrier but all at once with no pause.

Here how the dial line is input MerMail (with the phone number and LD access code changed.)

Target 1 DN: 919545551234***12345
Device Type: Phone Tone Voice Numeric Service

We have Meridian mail 13.
