Pause Code - Please Help!

What do you want to 'pause'?
In a console application you can use getc(). In windows application it is fully up to your code. You can set some global flag and based on that stop(pause) all the activities that your code is doing(in all threds).

I was trying to pause the program temporarily in MS-Dos because I'm basing a randomize code on Time. By pausing the program, time is allowed to pass, which means I can get a different value from the Time Sequence.
