pause button in a slideshow

hello, i'm at my first project with director. i made a slideshow, it shows some photos. i'd like to use a button as a pause, so that you can pause whenever you want and then, if you press the button again, you can go on with the slideshow. i tried making a behavior and using 'on mouseup' 'go to the frame' and nothing happens.
