Paul.. Scrolling problem again.

Hi paul,

Day before Yesterday you replied my forum regarding customising scrollbars in html pages, providing link to microsoft.com but there it is mentioned that you require ie ver 5.5 to work this script, but most people doesn't have ver 5.5 installed so its not working in ver 5.0 or less. is there any other way for this problem.
