I just got V3 R0.42.0 for the 40/60 HFA and the release notes before I went on vacation. That appears to be the lastest (that day). I think they gave the users access to the regular software portal now, but with a lower permission level. It definitely drives a lot more like the full blowin site (i.e. PITA!). Took me a couple hours to figure out how far my leash extended.
