WE HAVE AN OPTION 81C AND ALSO HAVE THE CALL CENTER SERVER AS WELL. I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT PR_TRIGS TO USE TO ALLOW THE PBX TO PICK THE CALL ONCE THE CALL CENTER SERVER DUMPS THE CALL INTO THE PBX. WE ALSO HAVE MULTIPLE SITES AND NEED TO AMKE SURE THE OTHER PBX'S PICK UP THE CALL INSTEAD OF IT BEING PATCHED IN THE SERVER. THIS WILL USE UP ALL OUR PORTS IF THE PBX'S DON'T TAKE THE CALLS OF THE CALL CENTER SERVER. THANKS
