Has anyone got working path replacement between a Mitel and Nortel or Call Manager. We have a system which work from
1. Non-Mitel handset A call to Mitel handset
2. Mitel Handset transfers it back to non-Mitel handset A
3. The between the Non-Mitel and Mitel is dropped
It seems the Non-Mitel kit works on recognising its own extension range which exists on its own PABX and so can drop the call.
However going the other way with the call originating from a Mitel handset calling a Non-Mitel and then being transferred back - the line are maintained so there are two channels up instead of one
How does the Mitel work I understand it uses a Route Op ID xxxxxx What do you need to do to on the oterh NON-mitel do you set up a ARS of the Route Op ID xxxxxx so to route the call back?
Thanks
