Path 7 won't forward to General Mailbox

Our Main Greeting is set up like this: the main grtg says press 7 for english and 8 for spanish. When you are in Path 7 or 8 (set up as Info), you cannot press 0 to get to the General Voicemail Box. In the main grtg you can....our entire grtg used to be in the main grtg path, but we set it up this way with the language options just recently. Does anyone know how to rememdy this? Thanks!

once your in CCR your options change - instead of telling them to press 0 for the general delivery you may have them to press *0 the star will take them back to the AA - in CCR the 0 represents the home menu - Try this and see if it works you could even give them an option expample you could say press 1 for the general delivery and make that path a lve message point to the general delivery mailbox.

Instead of setting up paths 7 and 8 as 'Info', change them to 'Menu' and record the same message - this will allow the caller to dial 0 and go to the general delivery mailbox when they are in these paths.
