Patchlink not working!

I have installed patchlink and had it working for a few months then all of a sudden it stopped working.
I will not download and cache new packages and will not go out and get any new updates. The subscription agent staus continues to read sleeping.
There was a TID on novell's site (3150404)about the subscription service being hung. I had followed the TID but it did not work.

Anyone seen anything similar to this?

Are you sure you actually purchased a subscription?

Patchlink is great, but all you get inteh ZEN suite is a 90day eval. It is a seperate purchase to get a subscription.

If you did purchase it, you need to work with your Novell sales rep to get the eval license code you more than likely used to install the product changed into a subscription license. They use the same number when you do this.
