Patches for Release 24.24 M3900 feature key enabling 1

Looking for patches to update Release 24.24 to enable 3900 set features. M3900 sets installed not able to activate transfer, conference and pick-up features. Also unable to read firmware versions in Load 32 (FSUM) and build FDL table in Load 97. Using Release 2 phones (FB) vintage.
