Patches for MAS 90 3.71

I have installed 3.71 and I know there are I think 3 patches. Where can I download these? I exported the data from MAS 90 using the ODBC driver. I am any tax codes. I just got Tax Schedule that are assigned to Customers. I need the actually Tax Codes. I went under Library Master Common and I don't see all the tax codes I should see. So either I need the patches or???
