Patch/Upgrade

I have a client with a BCM50 release 1.00.2.04.J. (They do have a couple IP telephone glitches. Some posts on here for this release mention that the system should have a patch on it)

I would like to make sure all patches/updates are current for the client. What are the patch(s) that need to be applied/downloaded from the PIC?

Install the lastest SU patch that is listed as available.

When I go under Documents and Downloads, I see a lot of stuff for R2 and R3? When you say SU, what does it say for it to be associated with R1.00.2.04.J?

Look at the release column for 1.0
Then look at the second one:

BCM050.SU.SYSTEM.008_BCM50_1.0: BCM050.SmartUpdate.System.008-200806
