Patch Tuesday - KB2483513 and shimgvw.dll

This security update appears to fail. The update is unable to overwrite shimgvw.dll in %SystemRoot%\system32.

I guess that this is the fix for the FAX image problem in which case it is not too important.

I do not suppose that the deaf monolith which is Microsoft will ever be aware of this difficulty.
