patch management software

I am currently evaluating several software patch-management options. I am mostly concerned with our Windows environment, and am looking for the most efficient (and easy) way to keep our users' pc's up to date. We have about 300 users.
Please respond with your solutions. I have yet to find a product that really does what it is supposed to.

I use SecurityExpressions for patch management and I have been very impressed by its performance. It costs less than most traditional patch management software (or at least the ones I evaluated), yet is far more robust. It's also easy to use, agentless, and has a central database architecture.
