Well, depending on your spending limits... Computer Associates offers many of these features. While most aren't 100% integrated; they are all seemless.

This includes Unicenter, Bindview and Software Delivery.

Depending on your size, I also *highly* recommend using HFNETCHK Pro (

for patch management you cant beat MS SUS in my opinion. as far as an intergrated help desk solution I couldnt help you there.
