Patch install 8.15

Currently running 8.05 hotfix3
trying to install 8.15, was told by ipswitch we have support.
but when trying to install i get an error

Old file not found. however, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match

This is on smtpdll.dll file

am i doing something wrong ?

CLOSED, got help from ipswitch.

i think you have to install all the hot fixes one by one.
