Patch FAQ

I've read through the FAQs and a couple of them reference the Patch FAQ, but I cannot find it. Does it exist somewhere?

It could be that you are looking for a fix list for AS 2000 Sp4 which can be accessed from here

When you get to that page click on the item:

The following is a quote from faq478-1038 - "How do I prepare for the Arcserve 2000 Install?":
"6. Download ALL of the patches referenced in the "How do I patch Arcserve 2000 FAQ?" on this site. Put the patches in c:\aspatch"

I'm looking for the "How do I patch Arcserve 2000 FAQ?" document.

I am having the same problem - but backing up a linux share.
From reading some of the CA docs it looks like it could be as simple as not having enough disk space on the drive that arcserve is installed on (e.g. < 1g).
