Pasting word Docs into Design of reports.

Hi All

I want to put several different reports in my db. The reports are actuallly calibration sheets that I have (Word Docs). Each Calibration sheet is 3 pages long. When I try copy and paste them into an Access report design sheet it only allows 2 and a 1/2 pages to go in. They are too long to fit in. I have other calibration sheets that are 2 pages and they enter in perfectly.

This is a bit difficult to explain so any questions and I will answer almost imediately.

Does anyone know a way around this?

If you think ahead to the long-term issues of maintenance, you may decide that it is easier to maintain a word mail-merge template, and use the access database to feed the mail merge.

There are many canned examples on the web of how to launch a mail merge from a button within Access; for example, see knowledge base article:
