pasting without sorting??

I paste data from Excel to Access very often.
I have a table with 10 columns and only 3 columns are needed to identify a record, other 7 are just calculated or taken from other tables.
I have to paste filed names:
"Reference", "Quantity" and "Comment".

Problem occurs after I paste them. I actually open a form in a datasheet view and when I paste them they are sorted by "Reference". And this is bothering me for the past few days because I actually never sorted them.
All datasheet views' sorting are disabled. How the hell can I solve that? Thanks a lot.

As I understand the problem
You paste unsorted values from excel to Access and after they are pasted although the view is unsorted they appear sorted in Access?

Check the Reference column before you paste in your view. The option may be enabled.
