Pasting web page forms into Word

I'm experiencing a very long delay when pasting web page form contents into a Word document. This was not the case a few weeks ago. Other office employees are having the same problem. Does anyone have an idea as to what might be causing this? Task Manager shows the CPU usage at 85% or higher while the 'paste' is trying to finish. This should be a 5 second (max) task. Instead it's taking up to a minute or more. No software/hardware changes have been made.

Any ideas where to look?
