Pasting Special to Excel

Hi all I have a working Extra Macro that copies a range of dates and pastes into excel. The dates include date and time, ie 29/09/06 18:56, but when I paste I'm only getting 29/09/06 and not the time.

Now I realise I could easily just add an additional copy and paste for the time, however I'd rather know a way of pasting special --> values for again?

Anyone any ideas?

Unless you've altered the formatting from General to something else 29/09/06 18:56 drop in just fine.
