pasting problems weird size?

I am new to visio and i am trying to paste a drawing from one visio file into another file. however when i paste this file, it shows up extremely large and i have not control over it really. However, if i paste that same image within its on file, like on a new page it works fine. I have checked my page setup properties and they are identical. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
