Pastet Word -docs only appear cut in .PDF-file

I can insert Word-documents properly with "Insert Object".
After exporting to a pdf-file, the documents are cut down to DIN A 6. If I resize the document to DIN A 6 in pagemaker, of course the complete document is shown, but too small. I tried pagemaker 6.5 and 7, Distiller 3 and 4.

What $%§"§$ed bug is that ?

Melmo: instead of searching the incompatibilities between
WindowBill´s and Adobe´s programs it´s better and faster to
assign new styles to the imported texts.
I would even recommend to use raw text *.TXT as a pure
text transfer format (e.g. contribution by other autors).
The text layout features of Word documents can be transferred
into PM, but bugs were reported very often, especially with tables.
I am sure, that you will get help by someone here, but I never
rely on WindowBill programs ....
The only safe formats for import/placing in PM are TXT,
EPS, BMP and TIFF , in my opinion. RTF without graphics may work.

I resolved the problem using a different POST SCRIPT PRINTER DRIVER.

thank you for the information - I absolutely agree with you. this time I had no choice, having to deal with already handed-in word-documents containing graphic.
