Okay, this is weird. If I open up an item that had text pasted in, nothing appears below the 10th or so line (even additional text that was not pasted). E-mails without anything pasted I can view fine (past the 10th line). I can also forward and print the e-mails with the pasted text and they appear complete. However, if I look at the e-mail in my sent items it appears incomplete there also.
