Am working on an 80 page magazine and at some point the white area around the page (pasteboard ?)has increased in height, effectively making scrolling down pages more lengthy.

I'm guessing I've clicked on something somewhere and cannot for the life of me find how to get back to normall page set up.

Don't really want to open up a new document and copy and paste over 80 plus pages.

Is there a preference or some other setting I don't know about?

I'm dealing with a disappearing pasteboard and everything on it--along with guides, hidden characters, and master items in my document. In my searches for a solution, I've found a preference setting that might fix your problem. Go to Edit-Preferences-Guides & Pasteboards and you'll find a minimum vertical offset setting. Mine was set at 1 inch; because I thought I might be able to recover what I thought I lost on the pasteboard, I increased that setting to 4", which increased the distance between pages on 12.5% view.

Hope this helps,
cherishwit
