Paste An Image Into ASP.Net Page

I have a client who needs to capture an image into the Clipboard and then upload that image to the web server.

The site is ASP.Net and VB.Net.

Uploading text from the Clipboard is simple with Javascript. To upload an image, I believe I need an ActiveX control. Does anyone have any data on this or know of a control out there which can do this?
