Hi Hope someone can help I am looking for a way to get to the engineers leval of entry in to the switch the records and the engineer on site has gone ? I have the admin 1 password but need to get into the higher leval any one know of a back door way please

You would't find any passwords in this forum.

Procedure for password reset is explained in the NTP's.

i think what you want is the level2 password. no one's going to give you that info except for your vendor. you can print passwords in LD 22, but w/out having level2, you're not going to get far.
