Hello,

Is there a way to set up a password for individual accounts in Outlook express? I know we can set it not to remember the password on the server, but is there a way to set passwords before Outlook opens just like Lotus Notes?
I know there is also a password protection when you have multiple identities on the same computer but we only have one account per computer.
I just want to make sure that I have exhausted all the possibilities.

thanks.

Go to FILE - IDENTITIES - MANAGE IDENTITIES. Select your profile and then click PROPERTIES. There should be an option for REQUIRE A PASSWORD and for setting the password.

I have OE5 so if you have a later version I am not sure if this was moved to another part of the application. joegz
