Hi, I have some shoretel 230 phones off a shoretel switch no longer in service, the default password was changed on them, nobody knows what they were set for. When i get "no service" with the IP address it is looking for on the screen, it allows mute clear, but when it reboots,1234 does not work, it will not allow mute 772667, because you must put the password in. Is there a way to get around this thru a TFTP server and a text file. I do not have a working shoretel switch up and working. looking for a way to default these phones. Thanks in advanced.
