I have a problem with the system password. I changed that password and put it a new one.The new one have 7 characters and since I change it I cannot reboot the system, delta server and call status don't working. After this the wizard told me that the password must be between 8 and 32 characters.I would like to change again but I cannot reboot.there is anyway to change the password without reset the system with manager?
If I reset the system with manager, will lose my system IP?

I use 7 character passwords all the time - the wizard often whines about insignificant things. Did you change anything else at the time you changed the password - that alone shouldn't be preventing a reboot. Call status probably needs the new password entered (select unit). Likewise you may need to stop and start delta server - easiest to reboot the whole CCC PC in my opinion, due to so many apps being dependant on it.

I mean that nothing more is changed but I don't the unique person that manage IP office. What action could prevent a reboot?Could you tell me?

the TFTP log tell me that access is denied and failed to send but the unit sends to me the configuration.

Trying changing the password with a merge config, and see if it will let you open it up again with the new password. Then change something minor and send the config in with an immediate reboot request and see what happens. Sounds like something very very minor in whatever data structure holds the password internally on the IPO is corrupt. The routine that sends the config is ignoring that flaw but the routine that accepts immediate reboot requests is choking on it.

Of course the above is pure speculation :)
