Password 1

Need to access a Windows 10 machine when the password is set, but no longer known. And no recovery flash drive. Do I need to reload the OS? Other ideas?

There are bootable tools you can run outside the OS to reset the password, assuming this isn't on a domain. If on a domain, you should be able to reset from the server.
