I forgot the password for my callpilot mini. Does anyone know how I can get in or is there a higher level password I can use?

Call Pilot Mini is the PBX version?
Not sure on that.

But if you mean 100 or 150 then you can do this via F985,9
You need to refer to the Setup and Operation Guide for Call Pilot or any other Norstar vmail system for password to reset.

Try using from a M7310 / M7316 terminal the following method

How to reset the Call Pilot Mini Admin passcode

1. Get to any mailbox greeting message and press 8* as if logging into mail remotely
2. Listen to options and select “login” (1)
3. Enter mailbox number 1000#
4. Enter mailbox passcode (default 0000 but try 1234 or 4321)
5. Enter 8 0 8
6. At enter new passcode prompt enter 73738767793# (Spells RESETSMPSWD)
7. Enter # again when requested
8. The admin passcode has now been reset to 0000#

The other way is via Telnet access
