I have new merllin magix i plug my pc to the admin port and i change barrier code and password,when i dial to the system ,magix pickup call i get trunsfer to the system and system ask me for password,when i type password and hit enter screen is not changing,i see that im still in the system but i dont have any response .I change password few times but still i have same problem.

I assume you are trying to use WinSPM. You do not need a password to connect via the admin port - only when you connect via modem. Are you using the correct hook-up. You need a DB9 connector from your PC serial port to a 355AF adapter - and then straight-through ethernet cable to the processor admin port. If the admin port connection is not working - you may need to reset the admin port through systems programming (maintenance).
