We have password validity set to 30 days and periodic checking enabled.
We also have set that users can use there existing password 10 more times to access the system when their password expires before they need to change it.
After some testing I seem to be finding some strange results and was wondering if anyone can explain them.
When a password expires Webi users do not get prompted that they only have 10 more chances with their existing password – full client users do.
What appears to be happening is that full client users (after the 10 goes) need to change their password but a pure Webi user never seems to have to.
Is it only log ins to full client that count against this 10 more uses of an expired password ?
Using BO 6.5.1.
TIA
