Password tda 30

I have picked up a second hand TDA 30 but cannot access it via laptop due to it being password protected??
I have tried reset etc but must be doing somethng wrong?? Is there a procedure??

pop out the sd and read it with the maint console
as far as a procedure its the same as it's been since the old kx-t days and it's in the book....

I have downloaded newer version software from my distributors site - how do I upload?
Looked in the book - cannot find???

Cool, did you open the documentation and read the instructions? My distributor in the U.S. doesn't post that information.
