Password Sync, Local/Domain Accounts

I am running an ERP application that relies on Local Windows user accounts. What I would like to do is have the local account reference the domain account somehow, (like you can do with WinXP, have a Domain Account setup locally), or have some sort of password sync between the local and domain accounts. We're trying to get a single sign-on for both this ERP application and Windows.

This is for Windows 2003.

Any help would be appreciated.
