On a 2000 SBS that serves about 30 users, we need to deny users from changing their own password. If I check the box in the user properties that "User cannot change password," it will stay checked for a short time, but if I check it the next day, it's no longer checked. I know there has to be some policy defined that's controlling this, but I can't find it.
Any ideas?

In Group Policy, I see no way to control the "user cannot change password" option.
