how do i prevent from creating passwords that are min 6 char, do not contain english word and do not not contain three or more occurrences of the same character, e.g., ZZZ, 999 or ###, in succession in solaris

Change PASSLENGTH variable in /etc/default/passwd file. For more details read man passwd.
