Fact - The client does not want passwords on their voicemail boxes. (I think this is dumb)

The Problem - Seemingly random VM boxes have been getting passwords set on them and the client thinks there is someting wrong with their VM system. Other than this there have been no other problems with the system.

Has anyone heard of this happening?

Personally, I think it's someone calling in and setting the passwords just to be annoying.

dont password !!

Yes I agree very dumb. As a precaution I would at least ensure that any and all outcall is turned off!
