How do i change the installer password on a 0x32 with 4.1 software. What is the procedure, I forget...tommygun

if you already have access and want to change the password for security go to feat 2 6 6 3 4 4 ->passwords->programming passwords->installer: change the password here.

if someone has changed that password and you cannot get in then your best bet is to get a fastrad with remote utilities on a pc. log in using the browser tool, go to password->installer and change the password.

He's trying to reset config. The previous vendor changed the config password.

If you don't care about losing the existing config (i tink you probably do) you can do a startup.

Tommy Gun,
You could locate a Tech with a Fast Rad. Hire him for 1/2 - hour and he/she will be able to reset it for you.
