Hi,
if you mean via Crystal Enterprise authentication then you go into the Crystal Management Console. Select Manage Users, then select the user. Where the password (well lots of ****'s) is overtype that, check that the account is not disabled, you may also want to force the user to change their password on next logon (there is a flag for that also).
