I have a customer who has recently had us pick up their account. They have MCK Gateways and Extenders in place. I was wondering if there is a way to reset the passwords on them without wiping out the configurations... Also I have one branch who isnt working and when i hyperterminal into it all it is says is Boot. I am guessing the boot file is corrupt any answers would be appreciated.
