CAPS is yelling. you will need to go into Manager for the phone system. then find the user who needs it changed. go to the voicemail tab and change the code and confirm code then save the changes.

I noticed you have another thread open a couple before this one. I hate to say it, but these questions can easily be answered by reading documentation. You are kind of wasting peoples time by posting questions that the answers can be found in the docs. Find a local business partner and have them come on site for an hour or two and give you basic training, like going into Manager and changing a voicemail password. By the way, Manager would be the program that you use to program the IP Office, if you dont know what Manager is, then please contact someone who does. You are probably getting in over your head, not saying that you cant learn it, just once you find out how much there is you might not want to learn it.
Sorry just felt like i had to get that off my chest.
See your Boss and say because no handover was done, no one knows how to use the system anymore and he needs a maintainer (Avaya BP) or to train you up. Otherwise you are pretty stuck. If you use a PC for Voicemail look on there for a programme called Manager.
I would say to spend the money and get a couple of hours of training. we do it all the time when a new guy comes in and has no idea about the phones. you may want to try and find the original BP who put it in if they are good and your company still has a relationship with them. You can make a mess of the system real quick.
