Password Reset - SX2000 Light/Nupoint

I need to recover an admin password on a sx2000 light running nupoint.

I can access the web interface, but I lost the PW and I can't use telnet or hyperterminal. I'm trying to reset a user's VM password, but I can't do it through the Ops Manager GUI/web management.

There is a backdoor method requiring the use of the floppy boot and service diskette. The details escape me as I haven't used them in about 6 years but I know it involved typing in the hard disk number printed on the service diskette.

A service outage is required.

What version of NuPoint is it? That makes a big difference.
