password reset procedure in cs1000e rls 7.5

kindly guide me how i reset my cs1000e rls 7.5 password i forgot my admin and root both password please help me

The linux root and admin2 passwords can be reset by booting off the install software and following the password change procedure. See doc NN43001-315 for specifics.

If you forgot the UCM admin password and have no other users with rights to reset that password then you are probably out of luck and should just consider a reinstall/reconfig of that device.
